During the sale of the telegraph to a new buyer, a video was comMissioned that emphasised the impact the company has had on the news industry. Demonstrating the narrative of each key news event that has roots at the telegraph. This included the first announcement of work war 2, to the MPs expenses scandal, to the leaked matt hancock whatsapp messages, also bringing in coverage of main events from the previous decade such as the death of the queen and the general election.

This project was created while working closely with the creative director. a key challenge was finding a logical way of presenting all the information to the viewer. IT WAS DECIDED THAT A CHRONOLOGICAL WOULD MAKE THE MOST SENSE AS WE'RE TRYING TO BRING THE VIEWER WITH US ON THE JOURNEY FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE COMPANY TO A preset day.

Once the timeline structure was together, there were several days of refining and tweaking to ensure the edit was seamless and information was conveyed in a clear, concise way. At this point I collaborated closely with print designer, video editors, asset researchers, archivers, and the creative director to bring together elements maintain a high quality output, while ensuring the feedback from several teams around the room was taken into consideration.
